The BIA|Bay Area and the Professional Women in Building proudly presents our first annual Women's Conference. The PWB is dedicated to supporting the professional development of women in the home building industry. The conference will revive the mission of the PWB with a panel of preeminent women from the industry reflecting on their paths to success, the importance of mentors throughout their careers and some practical advice for all attendees.
